Eco-Fanblade
The first area FIRE is working on is looking to replace the conventional material fan blades are made from which is plastic by using other sustainable and eco-friendly and sustainable materials such as plant based material (paper in the form of cardboard). We are prototyping the idea and developing a concept. The two out of many other options we have considered and established are 1) apply epoxy solution by directly painting it on cardboard based fan blade model and 2) soak cardboard in water to first soften it and then blend it with epoxy solution to form a new composite material moulded into fan blade. The eco-epoxy does not only give the cardboard strength but also keeps it smooth and gives the cardboard based fan blade a glossy finish. Different dyes can be added to the epoxy solution to make product colourful, attractive, authentic and bespoke
Solar Lounger
Another area FIRE is exploring in parallel is enhancing the style and comfortability of the lives of holiday seekers by providing access to charge their portable device without having to move or ever miss out on the sunshine when laying and having a good tan during holiday - portable device such as mobile phone, tablet, fan and so on. The idea is called Solar Lounger - Solar Charging Sunbed or sunbed with solar charger which is simply to harness sunlight via solar cells and incorporate it into our sunbed or sun loungers design. We are currently developing the concept for the idea and prototyping it before moving to production. As we are still in the feasibility, development and prototyping stage, and understanding viability of the products, products can be ordered directly by contacting us and we can work with you to develop and achieve the bespoke product you require. However, we anticipate Products will be available for sale to the wider market in the coming year.
